This website located at www.infomarkresearch.com was created by me. It uses a html template and populates the content sections of each individual page with entries in a MySQL database. The querying is done by ColdFusion. Notice the testimonial section on the left side of the webpage is being randomly called each time you refresh the page or go to a different page. The text of the testimonial is a database entry so each refresh or page call shows a random testimonial. The original logo of infomark research was a bright blue and white color. I did the graphics editing on their original logo in order to match the template graphics I used for this site.

If you go to www.infomarkresearch.com you will see a login box. From here you can log into the online application which will allow you to enter and view timecards and employee information. The application is not fully functional but it will allow you to add, edit, delete, and view time cards as well as view current project interviewer costs. Simply login using "admin" as the username and "infomark" as the password. Then click payroll and use any of the working links. This application is written in ColdFusion. This program includes strict validation. For example you will not be able to add a time card for a project or an employee that is not already in the database.

I am currently also the web host for www.americaninformatics.biz. This client has his own ftp access to my server set up by me in order to make his own changes to his website. All of my websites are hosted on the same server including the one you are now viewing. I use a redirection script which looks at the web address you typed in the browser address field, and compares that to a database field which contains the directory location of the index page for that website.

Below this paragraph I have to links to JavaScript coding examples. One is a javascript calendar and the other is a JavaScript mortgage loan calculator. The calendar application should automatically load the current date as set on your computer. I have placed them on separate pages so that it is easier to see the code when you "view source". Note: If your OS has spyware protection you must "Allow Blocked Content" in order for the scripts to function.

The following three Visual Basic programs are short programs designed to demonstrate some of the functionality that Visual Basic can provide. Simply click the link and open the executable or save it locally on your computer.

This last example is rather simple but it shows how the Microsoft office applications can be built upon and integrated using VBA. Open this excel document (make sure your excel security setting allows for macros) and you will get to start and stop a yellow box which moves across the excel spreadsheet. You can view the code behind this by opening the Visual Basic editor from inside excel.
